When Andie was in a relationship with Sal Singh, she was also having an affair with a secret older guy about whom no one knew and then she died. Upon Pip’s further investigation, it is revealed that Elliot Ward, Pip’s English teacher and her best friend’s father was the ‘Secret older guy’ with whom Andie had an inappropriate affair. Despite their age gap, this relation was not justified as she was already committed with Salil Singh.

This was quickly picked up by Pip when she received a call on her number from the same name when Naomi (performed by Yasmin Al-Khudhairi) called her from her father’s older phone.
